A Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef at Le Masiere, Aviano Italy, worked with Roland Mesnier, White House Chef, cooked for European heads of state and top military leaders, I am an expert of gourmet foods. I have spent over 25 years living, working and traveling throughout Europe and the Far East. I have enjoyed sharing my culinary skills with everyone I come in contact with. As the owner and Executive Chef of Gypsy Italian Bistro, I was rated as one of the top chefs of Austin by the Austin American Statesman and K-Eye News.

I am also the host of the weekly radio show "A Chef's World" on Austin Talk Radio 1370 AM, every Saturday 3:00pm to 4:00pm.
